Family perspective
Long-term decisions, future generations and continuity are part of the company’s stated identity.
MEISTERWERKE · SINCE 1930
MEISTER began as a joinery workshop in Meiste. Today, the family-run company develops and manufactures flooring, panels and accessories for homes around the world.
THE NAME HAS A PLACE
The name MeisterWerke evokes master craftsmanship, but it also preserves the company’s geographical origin: Meiste, the small town near Rüthen where its headquarters have remained since 1930.
That continuity explains three ideas that still define the brand: family ownership, attachment to its region and industrial innovation designed for everyday life.
